Rural and Urban Niches are what make our cities, neighborhoods, and communities unique and vibrant.  We are a group of designers, marketers, planners, developers, and optimists.  We look at problems and find solutions.

R.U.N. really is about creating and recreating spaces.  We work from the start with public participation and idea building, and work through the process of creating an implementation plan and ideas for marketing it.  We thrive on unique situations and deadlines.

We try to fill the niches that when looked at in a different light – are everything that we love about our cities, neighborhoods, and communities.
